Current situation

Sewage mainly includes domestic sewage, industrial wastewater and rainwater. Domestic sewage refers to the waste water discharged from residents'daily life, including urban sewage and rural sewage. The main pollutants in the water are COD, BOD, nitrogen, phosphorus, sulfur, pathogenic bacteria, etc. Municipal sewage can be treated by municipal pipelines into sewage treatment plants, but most villages in China have not laid municipal pipelines and constructed sewage treatment plants. A large number of untreated sewage is discharged directly, causing great pollution to water and soil. At the same time, pollutants are absorbed and decomposed by anaerobic microorganisms to produce a large number of odorous gases, which seriously affects the lives of rural residents. Good health.

In order to improve this situation and promote rural economic development, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) proposed in the 13th Five-Year Plan of National Rural Economic Development that urban pipeline network should be extended, centralized and decentralized to speed up the treatment of rural domestic sewage.

The Opinions of the State Council of the CPC Central Committee on Accelerating the Construction of Ecological Civilization pointed out that the construction of beautiful countryside should be accelerated, and the sewage treatment and improvement in rural areas should be strengthened. We will vigorously develop energy-saving and environmental protection industries so as to promote energy-saving and environmental protection products to stimulate consumer demand, and enhance the capacity of energy-saving and environmental protection engineering technology to stimulate investment growth. Implement the industrialization project of major technology and equipment in energy-saving and environmental protection industry, plan and build industrialization demonstration base, standardize the development of energy-saving and environmental protection market, guide social capital investment through various channels, and form a new pillar industry.

 

Characteristics and advantages of the system

Our self-developed (natural ecological sewage treatment system) low-cost sewage treatment system has low investment cost, less energy consumption, less floor area, simple operation and management, and no sludge discharge. It is a natural ecological treatment technology without secondary pollution. Microorganisms in the filter degrade colloids and organic matter in water and form biofilm on the surface of the filler. Biological sludge can be reduced and stabilized by decomposition of biofilm by microbial community.

1) Working principle

a. MNT Micronutrient Technology

To provide nutrients for facultative bacteria in water, stimulate their large-scale reproduction and growth, inhibit the growth and reproduction of anaerobic bacteria, and replace the absorption and decomposition of anaerobic bacteria in water by facultative bacteria, so as to solve the problem of volatile odor molecules produced by sewage from the root.

b. Biofiltration

Natural media are used to absorb suspended substances and pollutants in water, and humus, earthworms and other organisms in the media layer interact with each other to digest organic substances (organic fertilizer) in water, so as to avoid the production of sludge and solve the problem of secondary pollution.

c. Natural Media Filtration 

The residual suspended solids and pollutants in water are absorbed and filtered by natural media, and the pollutants are removed by microorganisms in the media layer. Finally, the pollutants can be discharged or recycled after precipitation and disinfection.

3) Scope of application

Domestic sewage, kitchen sewage, food processing sewage, rainwater and so on for urban and rural residents.

 

Expected treatment effect and economic benefit

Taking a primary school in a rural area as an example, the water consumption of the school is 12-nbsp per day; m3, 360m3 per month, of which 8m3-nbsp; used in toilets.

Flushing, 2m3 for washing, 2m3 for greening, so the amount of domestic sewage produced is 10 m3 per day, 300 m3 per month. It consists of toilet flushing and washing water. The sewage contains a lot of organic matter and suspended matter. It is biodegradable and suitable for aerobic biological treatment process. After the sewage is purified, part of it can be used for flushing toilets, and part of it can be used for greening and other purposes. The main components and concentrations of pollutants include: BOD5:250 mg/L, total suspended solids: 225 mg/L, total nitrogen: 85 mg/L, total phosphorus: 15 mg/L. Removal effect
